PRICES
Please note that all our prices are in euros. 21% VAT included in the prices. The prices of the products are specified on our webshop and we reserve the right to modify these at any time. Shipping costs and Customs duties are not included in the price.
RETURNS
We accept returns and exchanges of products when, for instance, you do not like the product you ordered or you have chosen the wrong size, and you wish to return it. Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
At the date of receiving your package, you have 14 days to return it. The product that you return must be in perfect condition, and not worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original labels still attached to each product. We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ceciliasorensen.com. When returning the goods to us, you may ship the parcel with a carrier of your choice. We will refund the amount of the returned goods through the same payment method you used to purchase your order within 30 days.
DELIVERY
We sell products around the world. The chart above indicates the costs for the main destinations. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid upon delivery of your product.

We dispatch all orders within 2-5 days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer. Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep. Unfortunately we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. Cecilia Sörensen receives the right to make changes to the shipping terms. The customer is expected to read through and accept the current terms before placing an order. We will not be held responsible for any delay, failure, damaged goods or any indirect or consequential loss that arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control.
PAYMENT

This will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs and Customs duties are not included in the price. We accept payment by Credit card , the payment is made with our partner Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.
